On one hand, Valentine's Day can bring people together, encouraging us to show appreciation and affection for those around us. I wrote about telling our loved ones how much we love them few weeks back, if you haven’t been doing that, valentine's Day is the perfect excuse to do just that!

But let's change the script! Instead of focusing on what we don't have, let's celebrate what we have, amazing friends, supportive family, and a community that loves and accepts us for who we are.
